Saturday morning August 23rd the Northstars would score first before the Global Team came alive and took the lead quickly. They would keep the lead and then late in the 2nd period would let up a little with what looked like a solid win. The Northstars kept the pressure on and stepped up the defense and with an empty net we were not able to tie it for the first loss of the tournament.
