Milton vs. Southfield is another rivalry that has been developing over the years, this year more than most this game meant a lot to the Southfield girls. They would come out hard and skate a complete game. The game was up and down the ice with Southfield scoreing what would be the winning goal in the last half of the first period and take that 1-0 lead to the locker room. Popping in another two unanswered goals in the second period and neither team could find the back of the net in the third for Southfields second shutout of the prep season.
