Sorry it took so long.. Here is my recap on Saturdays Colby vs. Hamilton game. The girls came out hard and for many of the upper class remembered the last time the teams met and they showed some respect for the Mules this time. Colby comes in as the most penalized team in the league and stays out of the box! Hamilton gave Colby 5 chances to make the power play work and our girls shut them down. First period play the teams match goals 4 minutes apart and with less than 4 minutes to go Hamilton goes the length of the ice to deliver what would be the winning goal. Second period play goes to the mules who came back determined and out shot us by 10-4 margin. Third period play would go back our way but not without a fight from the girls from Maine. Final 3-1 and rematch tomorrow in a rare Sunday game for these teams.
